This website is provided through ChatGPT Sites. The provider is OpenAI Ireland Limited, 1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117–126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 YC43, Ireland. Cloudflare infrastructure may be used for technical delivery.

When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include, in particular, the IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and device information, and referrer data. Processing serves to provide the website securely, reliably and without errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure operation of this online service.

Recipients of connection data are the technical service providers used to provide, deliver and protect the website. Processing outside the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out. Where required, it takes place under the safeguards described by the respective provider, in particular on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR.

The retention period depends on technical necessity, security and abuse-prevention requirements, and statutory retention duties of the service providers used. The operator does not create additional visitor profiles. The site’s own audience measurement is described in section 04.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the information you provide is processed to handle your enquiry and possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully resolved, provided no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

The address kontakt@andyzyklisch.de is technically provided through INWX. Incoming messages are forwarded to a GMX mailbox. Sender details, recipient address, timestamps, subject, message text and attachments may therefore be processed by these email services.

Cookies, audience measurement and advertising

The operator of this website currently uses no analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. Neither personalised advertising nor an email newsletter is offered. The hosting service may use technically necessary cookies or similar technologies, particularly for security and access protection.

For the site’s own audience measurement, when a page is displayed the browser reports its path and a broad source category to this website. Full referring addresses, search terms and URL parameters are not transmitted. The statistics store only aggregate view counts by day, page and source category, as well as short-term totals per minute. No visitor identifiers are assigned, and neither IP addresses nor browser characteristics are stored in the statistics. Individuals are not recognised on return visits, and no measurement across multiple websites takes place.

The analysis is accessible only to the operator after signing in, and serves to understand use of the editorial offering. Daily totals are retained for longer-term comparisons. Minute-level totals are deleted at the next recording or analysis after 48 hours have elapsed. “Do Not Track” and “Global Privacy Control” are respected. Technical transmission uses the hosting services described in section 02.

If this offering is later expanded to include advertising, additional statistics services or affiliate technology, this privacy policy will be updated before activation and consent obtained where required.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have in particular the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, subject to its provisions. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
